take your business anywhere but here. I have never dealt with such last-minute people. We had to jump through so many hoops because our account changed hands, faxes were "never received" (multiple times), or the blame was laid on the lender. They cannot return calls in a timely manner. With less than 24 hours to closing we were told of an error which was the direct result of an oversight by them. They refused to take responsibility and cost us and the seller of the home we were purchasing a lot of money and time. If there was a way to give negative points, I'd have done it. GO ELSEWHERE!!!
