Experience, serenity, ambiance, professionalism...Sublime has it all. As a visitor in town for vacation, I searched for a local spa that be up to par with my favorite hometown large chain massage place. Sublime exceeded my expectations. The owner gave great directions over the phone, and ensured that I had an appointment the same day. She booked my massage appt within 1 hour of my phone call. Based on the extrerior storefront, I expected a small, very basic interior, but was pleasantly surprised. As soon as I walked in the door, my expectations of the entire experience were exceeded. The interior was calming, with a small, yet comfortable lobby. Behind the lobby, exists a perfectly dim, cushy area for waiting, as well as a well-housed massge room with a very soft feel. The massage spoke for itself, with Heather being an integral part of the Sublime team The overall decor exceeded my favorite place at home, and helped to make Sublime a repeat destination when I travel to Jacksonville.
