I can confirm that Be Nice isn't being nasty, but making a fair criticism. My daughter rec'd a necklace for her birthday from a friend. When it broke in half two days later, I went in and asked if there was any way to repair it. I spoke with the owner directly and was polite. She told me that the item had been bought on sale so there was no way to exchange it and that repairs are done off-site, so there wasn't anything they could do for me. I spent a lot of money in that store but I guess we weren't high profile enough. Anyway, I've never been back. Try Selena's; much better service!

Let's Talk in person

As the OWNER of this business, I would like to respond the the comment by BENICE. The person that does the repairs for my shop is not the owner, but instead a nice person who is always willing to fix jewelry even if it was not purchased at my store at a very small fee. She also fixes it within 1 day if you have the stone, not 5 days as stated. My store policy is, if the earring were purchased from me (which we have a record of), and they were purchased within 2 weeks and had not been abused, we will gladly replace them. However, if you have abused them , we cannot replace them, but are willing to repair them if possible. Also, if they have been worn several times, we cannot replace them as we do not want to sell used earrings. I also checked our repair records and we don't have a record of anyone having brought in a repair 6 times. All of us at my store go above and beyond trying to make everyone happy which is why we fix items not purchased from us. I will not respond further to anymore comments on the internet as I feel that this is not the way you should conduct business with people. If I have a complaint, I talk to the owner directly. I hope that other customers who have an issue will be kind enough to do the same.

THE BEST AT THE BEACH

Your stupidity is showing. This store at the beach has the best customer service. You probably are a difficult person because your crankiness is showing. BY the way Ms. CRANKY. The Tarina Earrings are $35.00 a pair. I know because I love them and have every color. . Apparently they were from another store at $40.00. Get you facts straight before you BICH. Apparently, the store was so willing to accommodate you so many times I don't know why you are so NASTY. .I f you felt this way, why didn't you take it up with the owner. I have been a customer with this store since it opened 7 years ago . They were willing to help you 6 times? Gee Wiz lady, you are an ingrate. But then again you are the the small percentage of customers who are never HAPPY. God Bless you because you need it. And God Bless you husband for putting up with you

LOVE THIS STORE

I LOVE this store! I had to respond after reading this customers unfair review. I have brought them earrings purchased from other stores and they still gladly fixed them for me and I never had a problem again. However, I do take good care of my earrings. This person should really talk to the owner instead of slamming them on the internet............

Be Nice!

This store has very pretty things, however, any dealings I have ever had with the woman who owns this place has been less than desirable. She never smiles & is not very accomodating when you have a problem or ask a simple question. My daughter received a pair of Tarintino earrings for her b.day & within hours a crystal fell out. I took them back, in the little pink bag, crystal & all ...all she would do was to offer to put jewelers glue on it & tell me I could pick them up it 5 days! How about for $40 a pair, you give me another pair now & glue the others later!!! Oh yeah, this pair of earrings has now been glued with her jewelers glue 6 times. Thank goodness each time we have been able to find the crystal, because without, we would be out of luck. All we would have would be a pair of earrings with missing crystals.
