Discrimination/ Incompetence ..... by Signature Realty. After sending numerous letters and Certified Letters to Signature Realty........They still haven't given us the courtesy of a Response ... nor have they followed through with enforcing their "laws" on ANY OTHERS in our Subdivision! We are Homeowners in San Pablo Creek (on San Pablo Road). We were given a "Violation" letter....from Dale Westling Jr. PA ..... to remove our Commercial Vehicle from the Sub-Division. We Complied! We were given a $31.03 fine when our vehicle was parked outside for 10-12 min's while I ran in to Pee and change clothes! I've been doing "Neighborhood Watch" for the last 2 months.....and informing Signature Realty of Other Commercial Vehicle Violators....and taking Pictures of each! The other Viloators are to this day .....continuing to be allowed to have their Commercial Vehicle in their driveway! We are being "Singled Out and Discriminated against"! Signature Realty has had Plenty of time to Respond to us and Correct this ongoing problem. Kim Tabeling
