I have been here a few times since moving from Michigan. This store has a large hair care and hair selection along with many others. My only grip and reasoning for not every going back would be this... They do not order/sale any NONE chemical hair relaxers for African-American hair. I called and asked a man on the phone why don't they and they should order some because it's the best thing for our hair and scalp(really our health) and he told me they don't put the chemical in the perms(chemical relaxers) they have the company does. Really! But you have a stylist who does lace wigs weave. I know everyone has seen "Good Hair Bad Hair" by now, and know that if we had a NONE chemical relaxer that we would have healthier Hair, scalp, thicker and longer hair! We wouldn't need lace wigs or any other weaves or wigs that you sale in your store. Think?

Coco - Monument. I'm usually a pretty loyal customer but I wanted to try a different store for a change. I must admit, I did like the selection and the staff was pretty helpful and around if you need their assistance. The prices were reasonable and they had sale items. I usually purchase Milky Way, but they don't carry that brand. I was suggested to get DreamWeaver instead. It was very similar. I was also able to sign up for a discount card. I now have 2 receipts for $4.00 off of a purchase. I will be going to redeem that today. This may be my new store yet.

whatever. i webt to the store and i was being helped but it was this 1 black girl following me around like i was gonna steal something,,,if i needed ur help i would ask..i dont need anyone all over my back for some hair wax...yall need to get it together if u want to continue to get my service..

i agree. i totaly agree..

and talk about how they treat black women like thief.

i understand there are some peps steal..but if coco treats every body like them, how can i shop where im being constanly being watch for every thing i do.

im scare of taking my cell phone out of my bag when it rings when i shop there or bend over to grab some weave on the low level. especialy that small asian woaman that works there. so nasty.

stop doing hair in the store. I went into coco's to get some hair. There was a older lady in the store. She asked to try another wig. A young girl told her that she could not try on any more wigs. And if she did she would have to pay if she wanted to try on any more wig's. Then the lady asked for the owner thats when coco came out. she said to the lady to pay or get out . At that time i ask the girl was it true about if you try on more than 3 wigs you would have to pay i did'nt like that. But i really did'nt like the way thay was treating the older lady. So i walked out too i want go back there!!!!!!! becaause that was not my first time seeing that store treating people that way. I dont like it so i will not spend my money there.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAD PURCHASED SOME REMY HAIR AT COCO BUT AFTER ABOUT 2 WEEKS IT STARTED LOOKING BAD, SO I WENT BACK TO SEE WHAT THEY CAN DO FOR ME. THE OWNER TOOK THE HAIR BACK TO SEND TO THE COMPANY AND REPLACED IT WITH NEW PACKS. SHE ALSO ADVISED ME ON HOW TO TAKE CARE OF THE HAIR. I REALLY DIDN'T EXPECT THIS BUT THEY REALLY STOOD BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS. I DID AS SHE ADVISED AND MY HAIR IS BEAUTIFUL~

WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK FOR FUTURE PURCHASES.

I had a wonderful experience at Coco's on Monument. The ladies greeted me at the door and asked if I needed assistance. They let me look around the store without pressure and when I finally did need assistance, the employees were close at hand. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. The owner was also available to assist and listened to my concerns. She offered advise that was very helpful.

Coco's is now MY hair store and I have told all my friends and coworkers to go there!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WENT INTO COCOS ON MONUMENT AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKED.NO ONE GREETED ME WHEN I WALKED IN AND IT SEEMS TO ME AS A YOUNG RED GIRL WAS FOLLOWING ME AROUND THE STORE AS IF I WAS GOING TO STEAL. A YOUNG LADY BY THE NAME OF MIMI WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND PROCEEDED TO HELP ME EVEN THOUGH SHE HAD JUST CAME IN TO WORK.SH WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND SEEMED TO BE THE ONLY ONE WHO APPEARED PROFESSIONAL. WHEN I ASKED THE OWNER A QUESTION SHE LOOKED AT ME STUPID AND COULDNT GIVE A ACCURATE ANSWER. I SEE WHY THEIR BUSINESS IS SLOW.
