Very good experiences there...

I have had 3 treatments for laser hair removal on my underarms. The nurse is wonderful! She knows her stuff, explains it to you, and makes you feel soo comfortable. She does everything she can and tells you everything you can do to make sure you get the most out of each treatment which is awesome because I had 2 previous treatments with a nurse who didn't give a cr*p and didn't direct me at all, and it cost 50% more! Don't let the bad reviews stop you from coming here. They have the best prices for laser hair removal and hopefully that wonderful nurse never leaves! (Sorry I forgot her name, but she is the sweetest!) Maybe it's not a good idea to get a facial there and the waiting room is in need of a makeover but it's clean and not a big deal. I don't really care if the receptionists have a little bit of an attitude. Whatever! Haha, get over it. Best place for laser hair removal! but I have had no other services there yet.

Never Again

My son gave me a day of beauty for my 60th. I was very disappointed. The day before the appointment they called and change the time. I had to wait in the lobby for 20 minutes listening to a sales rep. give a presentation to three employees. The facial was not the full hour, only 40 minutes and the tech was not very helpful. During my pedicure other employees were in and out of the area. Not very relaxing. The place needs to be updated - fake flowers, lawn furniture, no music. Upon leaving, my gifts were put in a plastic bag. I threw out the foot soak since it looked like it had been around for years and used before. I sent a letter, but of course have heard nothing.

Worst Experience Ever

I went with my friend for a one hour facial. We walked down a dingy hallway decorated with plastic flowers and lawn furniture to the spa where two grumpy associates greeted us. I was taken back to my facial room where the lady told me to undress and slip into the bed ( weird because I wasnt given a robe), anyways when I came back out after my hour my friend was sitting there waiting, which is strange because I went in before her. She informed me in the car that she only got a half hour ( paid for an hour) and that her face was starting to burn. For two days after her face peeled and burned, we only got facials not peels so this is not the response your skin should have. She called the Spa and talked to Renee who refused to refund her or help in any way. In fact, she said my friend would have to talk to the owner, but that "the owner is a very busy woman" and would probably not get back to her for awhile. This is so unacceptable, for the sake of your skin and wallet STAY AWAY FROM THE MIRACLE SPA!
