Under New Management. Vivacious Salon & Spa went out of business in 2007. The salon at this address now is Aura Salon. Aura Salon openned its doors in January 2008. Please disregard any reviews for Vivacious Salon & Spa. Aura Salon is under new management.

Weird Salon. This salon is a weird place. I mean it is very clean and looks very nice but the people running it are out of touch with society. The owner is some weird man who gives me the creeps. I was getting my hair done and he came over and touched me because he wanted to know why the stylist was cutting my hair that way- almost doubting her work.....he is strange and is really creepy. I got my eyebrows done and the lady kissed my eyelids when she was done- that was even weirder. The other stylists seem stuck up, young, and very immature (don't know there names but they have brown hair) My stylist is wonderful and I am so thankful she is no longer working there......the place is nice but the people are strange and they seem pushy and money hungry....my advice- go somewhere else

Terrible customer service!. This is a high-end spa and they let you know it the minute you step inside the spa. The receptionist is very nice. However, the esthetician Song is extremely RUDE! She dismisses customer's input and insults the customer, telling us that we are not worthy to be in her high-class spa. It was an unimaginable and AWFUL experience to be told just that!! We feel very hurt and shocked!

Song makes her customers feel worthless, unwanted, and UNWELCOMED. Song is highly INCONSIDERATE and RUDE! Please do not go to this spa. It is expensive and not worth it. We paid big money but were still treated badly. Imagine if you are just the average Joe/Jane coming to their spa, you'll be spat on!!

Too expensive and spent too long waiting. While I will admit the technicans there are highly skilled, I have spent close to a half hour waiting there. They have no consideration for you waiting, it is like it customary of the service. Their prices are also higher than most other places. In the end, I dont want to be paying more for services that require to wait to even have them. I shouldnt be made to feel bad for not wanting to wait.
