The new Zhang's. I remember this place use too call New Hong Kong and when it is still call new hong kong the food is not good at all and everytime i past by there i wont even look at it but when they change the owner they colse the for a couple month for remodel and open back with a new name call Zhang's Chinese Buffet I been hearing my friend and co worker talking about this place but i never go back to try it out even i know they have a new cheif but more and more of my family and friend tell me about this place i finally give it a try and i never regert it the food is geart the waitree are friendly i love the service there.

1 of the Best Buffet in Town. This family owned restaurant have a very great price on their buffet, their service and attitude are great, their food are always fresh. If you don's have time to dine in you can take a buffet to go, or you can order a delivery order. The family that work there really treat you as a friend instead of a customer, which really make me feel good. And they OPEN EVERYDAY! No kidding! Including Thanksgiving, Christmas. From what I know their chef is from New York City with at least 20 years experience. If you want to order off the menu during lunch time, i do not recommend you to. Because they make your order fresh so it will take a while.

Overall - Highly recommend you to give it a try!

It was obvious that the food at 6pm was same as lunch......NOT FRESH!!!!!. Being in the food business it was obvious to me immediately that the food on the buffet had been sitting out for HOURS. Their was hardly anything out & what was left was crusty. The surface all around the hot bar was filthy. I asked if they were planning to put out fresh food, and was told that three out of the 10 hot foods present would be replentished. This place is booming with a lunch crowd, but I have a feeling they do not have a strong dinner crowd.

I would be concerned about the cleanliness of the kitchen........... This was not a very clean place & the food appeared to be unsafe!!!
