Grand Reserve condominiums, 2 for 1, 2 mortgages for 1unit!

Grand Reserve is a definate NO!!! HOA fee's are currently $660 a month! There is an estimated $7,000,000.00 in construction to be done as well as your normal maintanence, reserves, and lawyer/court fees for the ongoing problems against original builder. Every owner has paid approx. $30,000.00 so far and there doesn't seem to be an end in site. If your looking for a 2 for 1 deal this is it!!! You can get 2 mortgages for one condo unit! There are also links on the first coast news that tell the ridiculous story of the Grand Reserve. Don't get suckered in by an unforgiving investment, I promise you will pay out twice as much as you could ever get back. Unfortanetaly there are people out there that wouldn't hesitate to make you believe it is a great purchase and dump thier own unit on you with no remorse. In fact I'm sure you will see many of these condominiums on the market and I can guarantee you won't see any mention of the HOA fee's. Take it from one of the suckers...............
