Worst full foil highlights ever!!!. I had to go back 2 different times to try to get my hair fixed after the initial visit! After the very 1st time, I had about an inch of roots still showing, looked like a striped skunk, & the highlights were just randomly placed! The back of my hair had about 2 to 3 inches of roots! It also didn't look natural at all! It was white on top! And I waited about 40 min. for that! The 2nd time I went to see the manager (who claimed she's been doing hair for over 30 yrs.), & she gave me 1 stripe on each side of my part that went to the roots! SO, I went back AGAIN, & they were both working on my head this time. The final result was orange roots w/blotches of highlights here & there! I had to pay another salon to fix their disaster! Thank God this salon took pics. of the nightmare b4 they fixed it, & I went to Smart Style's website, complained, & got my money back! O, also, the back of my hair was a purplish gray color! So, if u dare go there & they screw up ur hair, make sure u get pics., file a complaint, & at least get ur money back! They REALLY damaged my hair 2, having to go back & get more & more done to try to fix it!
