TERRIBLE! BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!!. AWFUL!!!! What a disappointment! After hearing (and reading) about this salon, I was very excited to give it a try. Unfortunately, the person that did my hair acted as if it was their first time cutting/styling hair. It was painful to watch. I walked out of the salon with my hair looking boring and blah. I have lived in Jax all of my life and have been to several upscale and wonderful salons and spas in the San Marco and Ponte Vedra areas, and this is just not one of them. I think they must have some "connections" with the neighborhood paper, b/c I don't understand the constant articles about them. There was very little talent , and definitely nothing special. I can't believe I spent well over $200 for a less than average salon experience! What a waste!

Best Brow Wax In Town. I have lived in Jacksonville for about 5 years and have been to different salons for brow waxes. I have never really been satisfied. About 2 years ago, I moved into my house in Miramar and thought I would try Mac since it is so close me. Thank God I did, because I found Casey!! She does an excellent job!! I will never go anywhere else. I often get asked where I get my eyebrows done and I tell them to call and ask for Casey at Mac because she is the best and she is!

AWESOME BROW WAX!. I have been going to Casey for 3 years. I have been around Jacksonville getting my brows done for over 20 years, and no one comes close.

HORRIBLE Brow Wax. One of worst brow waxes I've ever received. I VERY CLEARLY detailed exactly what I did NOT want & explained I just grew out my brows because of the previous bad wax job. I ended up w/exactly what I did NOT want. A quarter of brow line is missing, they are uneven, thick in some spots. too thin in others. I knew I should have walked out as I felt the girl wasn't paying attention. As for salon - doesn't look anything likepictures. VERY small - too small for the # of people and chairs that are crammed in. Upon immediately walking in you are confronted with women in chairs getting their hair done and NOT the receptionist. It felt like maneuvering this way and that to not trip over people. The decor in person is tacky. The spa room is in another building - you have to walk outside to get to - what if it's raining? And, I almost tripped over some women getting her hair washed as the bowl was literally less than a foot away from the door...?!?
