A little bit Europe. This place has a very nice portfolio of fine wines and really good cheese and other food. The bar stuff has an excellent knowledge of the different wines and will be very helpful to find your faorite one. The best is, that if you are not sure about the wine, you can get a little taste of it. Mondays there is a 15$ wine tasting, which is more like a all you can drink of 8 different wines plus appetizer. After that there is a live band and Trivia. GREAT

Worst Service Ever!!. Went there Sunday 4/3 around 12:30pm.I went inside and asked if we should seat ourselves and the male waiter with short black hair said sure someone would be right out. My friend and I were forced to sit at a table that had not yet been cleaned off from the last guests. (All open tables were not bussed).

The two servers that were waiting on tables outside completely ignored my table and another that had sat down after us. The servers were both in and out several times until I waved the blond female down. She came over and asked what we needed. I told her we would like to order, she dropped off menus - never asking if we wanted anything to drink or cleaning table and walked away.

Another 5 minutes went by and the male waiter came out and bussed the table, but said he had to go in and get a wet towel. We didn't see him again for 5 minutes. When he came back we ordered 2 water and 2 mimosas - 8 minutes later he came back with waters, but no mimosas. He asked us again what kind of mimosas we ordered - we gave the order a 2nd time. After this he returned with refills for a table next to us (they had not even finished their first round), then waited on a new table. He then disappeared inside again and came back with waters for the new table. At this point we had been there for 30 minutes and never got our mimosas, so we left and went to Cheesecake Factory. Once a Cheesecake Factory I had my mimosas withing 1 minute after sitting down at the bar. Go Jordon from Cheesecake!

Grape you need to step up service! It's not the price of the product for me it's service.

Middle of the Road for me.. My Friday night date here a few weeks ago was neither dismal nor outstanding. We sat at the bar and quickly recieved a bottle of wine and placed our order. While we waited a magician came by and did some tricks but his halatosis was almost breath taking. The food arrived quickly and was a nice complement to the wine. Although I do believe that the meals were overpriced for what you get. It did seem like some of the staffers were having some sort of debate and one of the gals walked off pouting. All this seemed to be at the demise off those not seated at the bar. I would go again and just order some apps and wine.

Number One Restaurant at the St Johns Town Center!!!. I never normally write restaurant reviews, but was heavily inclined to let people know what a great time I had last night at The Grape. The service was friendly and professional. All I had to do was tell the server what wine I liked and she immediately brought me exactly what I was hoping for.

Food was really fresh and completely different from the average corporate fare that the rest of the restaurants in the Town Center offer.

We had fondue for dessert and the chocolate was to die for!!!

If you ever are in the Town Center or Southside area be sure to check out the most amazing wine bar in Jax.
