Very aggressive

I couldnt even have a conversation over the phone, once I told him it was pricey, he exploded.

First Review

Explained everything that needed done. To date, door is working great and very quite. Highly recommended.

Second Review

After first service, later I noticed right side had a gap. Called Steve's, never received a response. Giving the benefit of the doubt, I needed the manual lock fixed. In short, he replaced the parts, but door only opens and closes a few inches. He called and set up a time, never showed nor called. I don't even know if he complete the service. He didn't waste anytime cashing the check.
