Bad service, good food. I honestly like the food there, even though over-priced. But, I always seem to get a server who doesnt know what they're doing when I go. The cook always seems on point and does a great job. I recommend they hire better service staff and finally get my order right for once!

OVERPRICED!!!. This restaurant is definately overpriced for the quality of food given. I called in my order for delivery and the quote time to receive my food was 35 to 45 minutes and didn't get it for over an hour. The delivery man showed up without my total and made about 3 phone calls before he could get ahold of someone for the total. On top of that, a delivery charge was added without telling me before hand. Overall I was basically disappointed and don't plan on ordering from there again.

over priced for frozen food.. Gross. The food was awful, and over priced. I ordered the meatball sub on the menu it says hand made and rolled, they definalty were frozen and hard to bite into. I would not recomend this resturant, definatly not authentic italian cusine, blech. I even over heard a waiter say that the food wasnt the best when a customer asked how a meal on the menu. My guest did not want me to complain in the resturant so I came online to finally I get this off my chest!

Great for the whole family!. The service is family friendly....we all love the pizza and the lasagna and my personal favorite is the tomato, mozzarella salad with basil dressing as a starter!!!!! On rainy nights it's great to have the option of delivery as well.

Simply the best pizza & salads in town!!. Brucci's has an amazing menu & truly the best pizza i've ever had. Nice atmosphere, open kitchen and a friendly staff. My kids love the cheesy breadsticks and the spaghetti. My favorite - the spinach salad with goat cheese, sundried tomatoes and pine nuts! My family always loves to go to Brucci's & for the price you can't beat it.

Quality food and excellent customer service.. This is the best and most authentic New York pizza that I have tasted since leaving New York 10 years ago. It's fresh - not just a lot of frozen stuff thrown together like other places - you can definitely taste the difference. Everyone is friendly and helpful and eager to please. I tried both locations in Jacksonville and am anxiously awaiting the third one. Brucci's is the best thing that ever happened to Jacksonville! I am totally hooked! THANKS!!!

Brucci's is the Best. I love Brucci's, I live in Atlanta and whenever I am in Jacksonville, Brucci's is a must!! The pizza that is made right in front of you (if you sit at the bar) is the best! The pizza crust is just perfect ,not too doughy and not overdone it is perfect, the toppings are always fresh and yummy. The restaurant is always very clean and the servers are always there with a smile to serve you. I can only hope that a Brucci's will come to Atlanta one day, until then I will just have to go to Jacksonville.

yummy pizza. have been to brucci's several times now and its become our familys dinner out night spot. i'm in love with the Gourmet Pie! its a must try if your into your pizza having more sophisticated flavors. oh and if your there with your kids you should really order the cheesy stixs they are tasty and fun. overall a great family place with fab food and service.

Great Pizza, awesome salads and paninis...Frieindly and courteous customer service. Brucci's is one of the rare finds we discovered on a recent trip to Ponte Vedra. Being a native New Yorker( and always complaining about the Pizza in the South) we were ecstatic after one bite of our pizza. The restaurant decor is quite unique for a pizzeria,, yhet is completely family friendly. Needless to say we returned several times and were just as impressed with their paninis, salads and especially the lasagna. We have told all our friends who frequent Ponte Vedra about Brucci's and they have been equally deligted in their dining experience. We can't wait to get back! We think it's the BEST PIZZA anywhere!!
