I moved a few months ago to Oceanway . I went to a few salons in the area, I was not satisfied with the service. A friend of mine recommended me to go to Janet's Salon. That was the best thing that happen to me. Never in my life i have got the best results of highlights and the hair cut i wanted. Janet is such a nice lady and took the time to listen to me and she did exactly what i was looking for all my life. I give them 5 stars. Thanks Janet.
The Best Stylists!. I have been a customer of Janet's for a few months now. My boyfriend took me there, because I had been having a hard time finding a good stylist. Janet gave me the best hair cut I have ever had! Since then, I refuse to go anywhere else. She is the only one who can cut and color my hair from now on. Everyone is friendly, fun, and extremely capable. Harold, one of their new stylists, cut my boyfriend's hair (Janet was busy cutting, relaxing, and coloring my hair) and he also did an awesome job. It's definitely a place to check out!

Fantastic! a++. Janet was so amazing yesterday when I was a walk in to get my hair dyed back to the very light bleach blonde I was a few months ago! She was very professional & listened to my requests regarding the right color! She even cut my 13 month olds hair for her first hair cut & gave us a cute certificate with a lock of her hair! I cannot say enough regarding this salon! I wish we were from Florida because this would be my go to salon for everything! For the first time in a VERY long time I left the salon LOVING my hair! Pass on this. This is a stylist who appears chatty and capable at first, and can truly give a great cut or color job -- sometimes, as long as she's not in a bad mood, and as long as you let her do it her way. Unfortunately, native talent isn't enough to sustain quality performance or run a customer-focused business. The owner's distractability, lack of attention span and inability to listen to and hear the wants and needs of customers makes one wonder why she chose such a business and how she stays in it. The lack of service sense makes the shop only suitable for those without experience or expectations of better salons. The variations from visit to visit are unsettling, great one time, poor the next. Should you ask for a retrim of a bptched line or other adjustment, you may be obliged or not, depending on the owner's state of mind, A cut is a cut is a cut, and there are lots of great salons where you can get one without getting a whack job on your hair when the stylist is having an off day.
To your respond mam! I've been in business for 37 years and I take pride in the services I render to my customers. I am sorry you feel that way and had to go cowardly behind my back to post something like this; you know your name is not Frederica Janes because I would remember a customer with that name, you know who you are; just beware that this post are traceable and I will not tolerate this kind of comments that are unfounded and not true.
