Best in the Business. Mr. Danforth is the BEST in the business and very professional. For 4 years, "other" companies have not been able to find the source of our 400 unit mold problem and were unsuccessful at treating the problem. Mr. Danforth immediately knew what the source of the moisture problem was and provided mathematical calculations and statistics to prove his theory along with a plan for action to remediate the source. His expert knowledge, credentials and resources in the industry are impeccable. Mold Control Solutions is the only honest company in Jacksonville that I would trust.

Do your research!!!!!. To begin with, I would have to say that the owner of this business, Michael Danforth, is very professional. I called him on a Friday afternoon and he was able to come to my home on Monday morning. He was very professional and made it seem as though I would not have anything to worry about when his crew came the next day to clean my air ducts and central cooling system. I will say that I was very impressed when I looked out my front window and seen that they were there at 8:00. At 8:30 am sharp Mr. Danforth came to front door and proceeded to explain to me again what was going to be done in my home, at that time he also made it seem as though I would not have any concerns and I could even leave my home while the cleaning was taking place and that all of my electronic equipment would be covered and everything would be left in the way it was found.I paid Mr. Danforth and he left and in came his crew which consisted of two young men and an older gentleman.During the time that the workers that were there disappeared for 10-15 minutes and decided to take a break in my front yard which consisted of "smoking". ( please use your imagination).I was told that at the end of the cleaning it would be best if no one was in the home while they fogged the house to clean the air. A few hours later upon my return to my home, I was in total shock to see that there was dirt all over my floors, there was black dirt and dust covering my brand new comforter, there were two big gouges in my wall where they had run the machine into it, and none of my electronics had been covered as promised.I called Mr.Danforth and told him everything and he did send someone to look at the damage.He did have my comforter cleaned and paid me for some new paint for the wall that was damaged.Overall this was not a good experience for me.I was very dissapointed that I had to come home to a filthy house and deal with very unprofessional people.
