They have ridiculous prices and policies.. On November 22, I signed up for hair laser removal at Ideal Image; for upper lip and bikini area. I got an special for black Friday, which was buy one, get one free and due to this I got the upper lip are for free. I only attended one session out of the 9 sessions of the treatment. On December I cancel the services, but I did not get a refund. I opened a dispute with the ChaseHealthcard and received a refund of $1816.00. I still own them $579.00 and they are not willing to refund me this money. According to them, the upper lip treatment is $995, which is 9 sessions. I only attended one and I have been charged for the amount of $579.00, including according to them a $100.00 processing fee which makes no sense. Dividing $995/9 is $110.60, which will be the right amount I will be paying for the one session that I only attended. I believe is fair that I only pay for what I receive. I have contacted three different consultants at Ideal Image and they all give me different explanations. Be aware and do not sign anything without them explaining you what you are about to sign.…
SO HAPPY I CHOSE IDEAL IMAGE. First, let me just say I am SO HAPPY I chose Ideal Image. I shopped around and it really did me no good. I came really close to getting suckered into a place that had a coupon i got online--and found out they use the wrong machine etc....The people at Ideal Image were so friendly and knowledgeable--made me feel so comfortable because I am treating facial areas and brazillian which could have been uncomfortable but was not. they are awesome. the people performing the laser, were amazing, really amazing. I read the review below--that is so inaccurate--all the people performing the hair removal are NURSE PRACTIONERS--you can see their licenses if you ask. And that is not illegal at all. They have their masters in the medical field. I think the message below might be from a competitor or something is fishy since their user name is "ideal image" that doesnt make any since, seems like they created a profile just for ideal image bashing. I talk to to other ladies getting laser in the waiting room all the time everyone is happy. You should go in and have a consult which is free and check it out for yourself before listening to some of these crazy reviews from crazy people! I actually get treatments there and it worked from day one making me so much more confident-their staff is so professional. Can't say enough good things.…
Ideal Image Laser Hair Removal Nationwide. Ideal Image Laser Hair Removal as an overall company are CROOKS! They permanently SCAR and BURN people like us everyday at one of their clinics. They have a ton of lawsuits pending against them as well. They are constantly violating state regulations and their treatment providers ARE NOT STATE CERTIFIED to operate lasers. ANYONE that has had services at any location are urged to contact their State Regulatory Radiation Agency and file a complaint AND/OR file a Consumer Fraud Complaint with your State Attorney General. It is time for the consumer to stand up for themselves...especially those that were tricked and lied to when we signed up for treatments and signed ridiculous contracts!!!!…
The BEST place for laser hair removal!. Wow, what a find! After moving to this area from NYC and not knowing how this procedure is really supposed to be done, I found Ideal Image. I had been treated at an office in Manhattan with poor results and had gone on two other consultations in Jacksonville that reminded me of the place in NY but once I spoke to Shannon at Ideal Image, I was sold. She was very knowledgable about what to expect as well as helpful with package choices and payment plans. I love this place and highly recommend it to anyone who wants to be hair free. I have now had my third treatment on my brazilian and my full legs and I'm as smooth as a baby's butt!…
