Midtown Dental Service To Me!. Well i must say that there must have been a different staff and dentist there when the other people left comments, because when i arrived there the staff was nice. the lady at the desk was so polite and asked me if i wanted a soda or water. after that i was seen in the back. the dentist was very nice and polite he also sent a referral in right away and did not wait around of goof off while working! I would recommend that anyone and everyone visit that dentist office. i know me and my family will return again and again!!…
Dr. Cates. she talks like a valley girl and like she's an idot. Seems very uneducated about her work. Will not refer.
Bad Dentist-Cause Nerve Damage/Long Term Constant Pain.
Dr. Cates does not give her patients respect of the care they deserve. She did not inform me of the possibility that I would incur massive pain from Septocaine injections. She also did nothing to
help me after she caused the pain. She kept telling me she didn't understand why I am in pain. It took me 10 months to finally get a diagnosis from a orofacial pain specialist telling me she caused trigeminal neuropathic pain. I haven't been able to eat pain free in over 11 months.
Thank you Dr. Cates for ruining my life!…
