THE BEST FACIAL SURGEON IN MY BOOK. Because I had lost much weight I was in serious need of some facial work. After consulting several surgeons in Jax, the staff, facility and professionalism of Dr Robert Garcia convinced me that he was my surgeon of choice. I was very apprehensive since I don't scare well and didn't want to look stretched. Dr Robert Garcia went through the procedure with me that would avoid what my major concerns were. I can't be happier with the result. Dr Robert Garcia gave me 20 years of youth without my face looking altered. When it comes to your face, look no further...this is your surgeon.

Update. I have previously posted about Dr. Garcia's practice on 8/16/10. At the time, I was unhappy with the results and as time has passed, I have been pleased to see that Dr. Garcia has done what he can to improve my situation, and Dr. Garcia and I have resolved any and all of our differences.

Very pleasant experience. Everyone at the Garcia Institute was friendly and courteous and very informative. My experience with Garcia Institute was very pleasant. If I decide on any future surgery, I will definitely talk to Dr. Garcia.

Love My New Neck. The office staff at the Garcia Institute, as well as the medical staff, were the most patient, friendly and professional people I have ever encountered in any medical office I have ever visited. I was particularly impressed with Brenda and her willingness to share her experience with the same type surgery and her frank assessment of what I might expect.

So Happy now!. I was very pleased with the care I received, especially by Dr. Roberto Garcia. I would recommend him to my friends, although I haven't told too many of them yet. The care and attention I received on subsequent visits has been more than adequate. I'm pleased that I took this step and now feel I should've done it years ago.

An Awful Experience!!!. I wouldn't recommend this place in 2010, and I certainly wouldn't recommend them this year. I still have noticeable scarring. I still have surgically induced hair loss. I still feel like I was a fool for ever having gone to Garcia Facial Plastic Surgery. I can't ever forget just how nice they were to me BEFORE my surgery. I won't ever forget how different they were to me AFTER my surgery. Both the Garcia brothers, Phillip and Roberto, have ignored my formal complaint about my horrible results. I paid nearly SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS for my surgery at this facility and now I am ignored?? I've said it before, and I'll say it again....I personally think this business is a scam.

Delighted. I really appreciated Dr. Phillip Garcia's patient and positive attitude. Really appreciated Brenda's discussing my post-operative symptoms and exchanging her experiences and her encouraging, bright attitude. Liked all the staff and everyone was warm and friendly. Vanessa was knowledgeable about the procedures and understanding, too.
