Great People & Service.
I am the lucky ownwer of a 2002 Mercedes CLK 430 convertible, and since I bought it almost seven years ago, I have used Benz Trendz Inc., as my service headquarters.
To say the least they are honest, very down to earth, and with a name like Chris Brown, the owner, with a name like Brown, has to be as"pure as the driven snow", and trust me he is.
In all my dealings with both Chris and John his assistant, they have told me the faults of the car, along with the main problems that needed to be fixed, they always gave a fair price and that never waivered, please tell me how many other service centers would tell you that, and not find some excuse to jack up the price at payment time.
Chris deserves all the praise he can get, and I just cannot believe that a man of his calibre has not earned more reviews. on this web-site.
We should also mention Chris's daughter Christine, she often is the office manager when I pop in there to make an appointment, and may I just say she is just the sweetest young lady you would want to deal with, just another great addition to Bendz Trendz Inc.
If you want good and courteous service go no further than Benz Trendz Inc., trust me they will never steer you wrong.
Mercedes repair guru. They were able to fix my car in two days, after the dealer had it for a week and a half. The owner, Chris, could not only answer all of my questions, but also answered them in a way I could understand, without all of the techno-mumble I used to get from my last mechanic. My car hasn't run this good in years, and I didn't have to get the valve-job the dealer said I needed. Amazing. Thanks Chris and John. You guys are the best!!!
