No answer, no call backs. My husband purchased a $150 gift card for Mother's Day for me from this salon and because I've been so busy with a newborn I've yet to use my card. I was so pleased when my schedule opened up and a couple of weeks ago I called during business hours to get information on their services only to get voicemail. I understand that it could be difficult to get to the phone so I called again later that day and still no answer so this time I left a detailed message and my phone number. I waited two days and still no callback. I called again, no answer. Again, no answer. This has gone on for about 2 weeks and today I called again and left another voicemail. I'm very disappointed that my husband spent so much money to provide me, a new mother, a day of relaxation only to be put off by the lack of professionalism. So, I have a $150 gift card that seems to be absolutely useless. Not only am I upset by this, but my husband is pretty dissapointed and is taking action to resolve this matter.

I'm in LOVE!. Salon D'Orsay is the best salon in Jacksonville. I moved here from California and was in need of a new salon. After a few sad visits at some other local salons, I found Salon D'Orsay and have not fallen out of love with my hair since! They are not only friendly, but very knowledgeable as well. They are a full service salon and master EVERYTHING from toes to botox! I rave about this place to everyone who compliments my hair, which is quite often thanks to Mary's beautiful work! I can't say enough about it. If you are new to the area or just in need of a new salon, try Salon D'Orsay. You won't be sorry you did!

Love this salon!!!. Salon D'orsay is not only a beautiful salon but they offer excellent customer service. My stylist always listens to me and offers great suggestions. I always feel very stylish when I leave. This is the only place for me!!!!

Ed Hooks. I was referred to Ed at Salon d'Orsay I think approximately 2 years ago. I am absolutely thrilled with every cut and highlight he does on my hair. He's efficient, friendly and personable. I recently brought in a picture of how I wanted my hair cut (going from a bob to very short) and he executed that cut flawlessly. I have recommended several friends to him and will continue to do so. Salon d'Orsay is very lucky to have such a great stylist on their roster.

Nicole Evans. I can't say enough about Nicole Evans. She is truly an artist when it comes to color and an expert with her scissors. I always look forward to my appointments with her and never need to worry about the end result. She never disappoints! I met Nicole almost 2 years ago after my stylist moved out of state. I had tried several people at various salons and had some satisfactory results as well as quite a few nightmares. I started to think that I would never have another sylist that I could completely trust. Fortunately for me, I found Nicole. It is a bonus that she now works at Salon D'Orsay. I love the look of the salon and the people are always warm and welcoming.

Kathy Hayes is amazing!. I met Kathy years ago when she came to the salon I was using then. She stole me away from the owner! When her last salon closed, of course, I followed. I refuse to let anyone else touch my hair. I let her pick my color and each time is better than the last. And the best part - she flattens out my naturally-curly hair better than anyone else EVER has. I loved my hair so much after my last appointment I had to text her when I got home to tell her again how happy I was.

Only the BEST. Mary Toney has been a star of Florida's most stylish salon customers and stylists for more years than we want to reveal. Always on the "cutting edge," but sensitive to patrons' individual tastes, Ms. Toney has an instinct about just HOW that haircut needs to be. Never fails. This customer has lived far and wide across the globe, and every time I have a Mary Toney haircut, I feel like I am going to be run over with compliments. Paris, you have met your match!

The woman is an architect! a Michelangelo! and a down right nice person. Good time, good value.

Disappointed, to put it mildly.. I recently tried this salon for the first time. I needed a partial highlight and trim and was told they could fit me in. Fast forward one hour and 45 minutes to when I walked out of there - the stylist who did my hair (I will spare her name) used poor technique, in my opinion. She took the color all the way to the end of my hair, thus going over already bleached strands, consequently damaging them beyond repair. In addition, the trim I received was sub par to what I would expect, primarily because now the ends of my hair are breaking and splitting. Last, she had another client and was unable to blowdry and style me. I understood completely, as they did fit me in last minute, but when I was presented with the bill I was astonished. $155 for a (poorly executed) partial highlight, a rushed trim and NO style or blowdry? To add insult to injury, I called the next day to inquire about/dispute pricing due to my unhappiness and was told someone would call me back. I never heard from anyone. I will never recommend this salon to anyone based on my experience

Best Salon Hands Down. Mary Toney is the best!! My daughter and I have been going to her since we moved here 2 years ago and we can't imagine going anywhere else. Mary knows what will work best with our hair, face and coloring. Her salon keeps up with all the lastest trends, techniques and styles. Everyone is very friendly and professional. We also go to Nancy Z. for our waxing needs and she is fabulous! We highly recommend this salon!
