Worst service after the sale..... Bought a Dishnetwork system from this guy Johnny D. He was polite and courteous to make the sale and during the installation. He kept my old DTV dish and I asked him to bring it back....he never did. I called him about another issue, his tone sure changed, he got very very nasty and told me to take it up with DN because he wasn't going to do anything to fix the problem. I called DN, explained to them the situation and they agreed to send someone else out to take care of it at no charge. I would not recommend this guy to anyone that expects professional courteous service after the sale.
