Black swans swiped from US park found

THE mystery of what happened to six beloved Australian black swans in a popular park in Florida appears to have been solved.
Orlando police have charged Stephen Brezil, a 22-year-old operator of the Blazin' Reptiles pet store in Jacksonville, Florida, with stealing the six swans from Orlando's signature Lake Eola Park.
They allege Brezil tried to sell the swans on the internet via the website, Craigslist
Brezil faces six charges of grand theft and six charges of animal cruelty.
The swans are a protected species in Australia, where they are both the state and bird emblem of Western Australia.
The swans taken from the park, worth an estimated $US500 ($509) each, are the property of the city of Orlando and carried microchips for identification.
Police allege a witness last month spotted Brezil grab two of the swans from Lake Eola Park and place them in his Jeep.
Brezil allegedly told police he was at the park, saw several birds "just walking around" and didn't think they belonged to anyone because they were not fenced in.
In an October 18 ad posted on Craigslist, Brezil allegedly wrote: "I have some Australian black swans looking to rehome".
In the ad he allegedly described the swans as "very beautiful" and "would look great in anyone's private pond".
The four other swans were recovered when the owner of an exotic fowl business told police he bought the birds from Blazin' Reptiles and did not realise they were stolen.
The swans are an important feature of Lake Eola Park, where tourists and locals ride in boats shaped as swans.
STOP! Don't spend your $$$$ here. We spent well over $500 dollars for 2 bearded dragons for our boys, 1 tank, lights, full set up. After less than a week, one of the dragons was acting strange - lethargic, not eating. We went back and were told to give it different food. We follow all advice. We keep going back and getting more advice and buying more stuff. We even brought our dragons there to be "babysat" - for over a week - we got them back and the "sickly one" was even sicker. He finally died. Went back and was told we should not have had 2 dragons in the same cage. What? They were extremely rude every time. It seems I have had the same experience as others: they lie, take your money and are extremely rude.
good clean store. Store is very clean. Service is fare could be a little more helpful and nicer but not too bad. very healthy looking animals not a huge selection but a nice selection to say the least. would recommend to go there then to any other reptile shop in jax.
