These guys are to good! My renters really did a number on my carpets. I call some other rude companies and I mean rude from go! But when I called Honor the guy on the phone made me feel good about getting my services thru them. The technicians came early and did a great job and let me choose my options and I was happy. These guys are great and I recommend them. Thanks for fast great service.

absolutely great service! They were very professional and always helpful. There was no pressure to use them and they were honest about my floors because I knew they were dirty and was going to cost more than the coupon price. My carpets look really good now and my friends and family will use them too. Thank you Daniel for a great job.

This has to be the absolutly WORST business in the state of FL. I called today, and was hung up on twice. Talked to with sexually obsene suggestions, and then cussed. I cannot imagine that someone in their right mind would use this company, and let them in their homes, and around their family. I am so upset by these phone calls, I am going to file a complaint with every online venue I can find!!!!! It has now become my mission, to make sure that this business cannot continue to operate in our city!!!

Unprofessional - I am surprised people like own a business. Just as the previous person, I was as well so displeased I opened an account to say what I felt with this company and how unprofessional they are.

When i called to schedule an appointment they were so rude I have never in my life talked to someone who owns a business and for them to be so rude.

You are probably better off renting a machine at Winn-Dixie and cleaning the carpet your self, then to deal with this company. What a shame people like this own a business.

I was so displeased I opened an account to say what I felt. If I could, no stars for this company. Anyone who fails to show without even so much as a phone call is already down in my book. To make matter worse, when my wife called to find out what has happened the hug up on us. TWICE!!

I could understand if she were rude, but she just called to equire.

Obviously they don't need anymore buisness.

thx for the info!. i have a huge kool aide stain on my carpet. he gave a tip to try and get it out myself before spending $60 on top of the regular carpet cleaning. he is not just in it for the money! i'll definitely be using him when its time to get my carpet cleaned!

Best Cleaning Service in JAX!. I have used them once a year for the past 3 years to clean my entire house. They are always fast and friendly.

The people on the are great at setting up and confirming appointments.

I once had my whole downstairs flooded. They had me clean and drying in no time.
