Horrible Salon. I decided to try this salon because of the good reviews. I will tell you right now, DON'T GO TO THIS SALON. I was told the wait would be 30 minutes for a manicure and a pedicare after signing in on a clipboard at the desk. I waited over an hour and then was taken to a pedicare chair where I sat for another 20 minutes. I realize there is really nothing they can do about the wait, except give the correct wait time, and they were really busy, so I was not expecially upset. Then one of the woman giving pedicures started giving a pedicure to one of the women who came into the salon more than 30 minutes after me. Because I had to be somewhere in an hour and a half I nicely tried to get the woman's attention. When she finally turned around, she asked me if the woman she had started giving a pedicure to was before me. I said no, she was not, and the woman turned around and continued with the other woman's pedicure. About 10 minutes later, a young boy who looked about 14, and who I am guessing did not have a cosmetology license, started to give a pedicure to another woman who had arrived after me. I nicely said something to him, and he acted like he didn't understand english. Every employee in the salon started speaking to each other in Vietnamese. The woman I had spoken to first turned around and told me not to worry, the boy would give me a pedicure. I asked several times why they asked people to sign in, if they did no go by the sign in list. No one would answer my question. I said I no longer wanted a pedicure, but would like a towel to dry my feet. The woman said not to worry, then pointed at the boy and told him to start my pedicure. No one would give me a towel so, I put on my sandals and went to the front of the salon to wait for my friend who was in the middle of getting her nails done. After about 30 minutes, the woman I had spoken to came up and told me not to be unhappy, that it wasn't her fault, etc. I told her that I did not want to speak to her, and she proceeded to poke me several times in the shoulder while trying to get me to listen to her. I asked her three times to stop touching me, but she continued to do so, so I had to get up and leave the salon. When my friend's nails were done, I came back in to the salon to ask we needed to pay for my friend's nails. I mentioned that the my friend had to tell them also that she had been there first before they took someone ahead of her. I asked for the salon owner and was told there was no owner in the store. I asked if there was a manager. The salon manager was sitting behind the desk doing nails and had been there the whole time and had not said anything to me. When I told him that I did not feel that we should have to pay for my friend's nails, or that he should give me a coupon for a free manicure or something to make up for the inconvenience, he told me to pay or he would call the police. Seriously, there are lots of nail salons. Save yourself the aggravation and go some where else.
