"Michael Cummings, the owner of First Coast Fencing LLC/Safeguard Fence is a fraud, swindler, dishonest man. He took our money and never built us our fence. There's always an excuse with him...you're next in line, next week, it's been raining, bounced check, etc. etc. I have been waiting since April and to this day, nothing. Beware of this guy! I can't believe he's ripping people off and getting away with. The proper authorities should do something about him. There are many complaints for this company and unhappy customers all around. All I can say is do your research before getting into business with anyone. I wish I did. Because of people like him it make it hard for us to trust hard-working people."
