Tips for The Capital Grille

My Family will remember this expereince always!!!!!!. Our server Jennifer was absolutely wonderful! It was my wifes birthday and we could not find a sitter so we had to bring our son. I was worried that there would be an issue with children but when we arrived the hostess asked if my son would like to watch a movie? They provided a portable DVD player and the movie BOLT with headphones. I could not belive it! the meal was wonderful and the service was wonderful! I can not wait to back! Sorry Mortons:(

It was a memorable experience and we didn't spend alot of $$. My husband and I went for his birthday. I was quite suprised when I opened the menu and saw over 300 wines. As I looked at the list I was even more suprised to find several wines for $30.00. We had a 5 course Dinner for $49.00 each. We've been to Ruth's Chris before for thier specials but they did not come close to the dinner we had at Capital Grille. We considered it one of the greatest expereinces dining out and for $98 for dinner for 2 and $30 for wine we can go back to restaurant next week! I think the promotion is over in April but I'm not sure.

The best restaurant EVER!!!. We had the best service at this restauarant. Laine was great and though the restaurant was full we felt like we were the only table in the establishment. My husband can't wait to go back for his birthday next month.

Maybe Great Wine, but not when it is on you... Good Location, Great Atmosphere.. We went to the Capital Grill for a celebration (BD); It was very impressive when you walk in, the decor is wonderful, very nice!!!, the service at the table was ok.... Until the bottle of Red wine was knocked into my lap. They helped to clean it up, and apoligized for the disruption. The food was good, but I have had better. Overall it wasn't a great first outing there. I may consider them later, but not anytime soon. FYI, we paid the full price for the meal, $600.

FANTASTIC!. The food was great, from the appetizer's to the dessert. We plan on going back very soon. If you are looking to celebrate a special occasion, this is the place.

Blew Ruth's Chris out of the water!!!. My wife and i went for our 25th anniversary. I let the girl on the phone know. They had Roses on the table, the server brought out a champange toast, and took our picture and framed it, there was a card signed by the staff, and we hadn't even looked at the menu yet. The food was great! The service was great! My wife said this was the most romantic anniversary yet.... Thank you Capital Grille!

Great place for a special occasion.. I took my husband for dinner for our anniversary. The steak was the best we'd ever had! I just recieved a hand written note from my server Jennifer in the mail. Nice touch.

This Chef has talent!!!. I went with a party of 8 Friday night and all though the place was quite busy we were sat about 15min after our resevation time. The bartenders were most entertaining to fill the void while we waited. One of the bartenders gave us a taster of a drink she called a stoli boli. We were so happy with the flavor of the martini we all ordered around of stoli boli's. After we were seated the server did a top knotch job of going over the menu. She also recomended the chef special. It was a Filet Mignon topped with Foe Gras in a Port truffle wine sauce. It was the greatest! I can't wait to go back to try something new!

This place is first class!!!!!!. My wife and I went for dinner tonight. We called for a 8:30 reservation and the hostess they only had 9:30 and after. I took the reservation on the time they had available. About 3 hours later I got a call from the General Manager who let me know that the 8:30 reservation I initialy requested was available. I of course took it, but even more important who does that? What a magical night it was! I let the General Manager know it was a special night for my wife and I celebrating an early mothers day. He had a carnation on the table for my wife along with a card signed by the staff. The whole evening was just memoralbe, the food, the service, the hospitality were all first class! I will be back as often as possible.
