I've been to a lot of upscale salons, but since discovering Anthony & Sandra's I've stopped going elsewhere. O'Neil is wonderful: very down to earth and always gives me a great cut and color even if I don't communicate exactly what I want.

O'Neil is the best!. Let me start by saying that my hair can be a real nightmare to deal with. Fuzzy and thick, it never looks quite right. Not so anymore since I've found O'Neil. She made my thick hair behave with a little thinning and a great cut. Fabulous! Plus she's very personable and made me feel very welcome. The whole staff is extra nice. I've found my new hair home!

The Best Ever - Paula Marie'. I've started scheduling my appointments a little closer together, and on days when I know I want to look my best! Paula is absolutely amazing with her customer skills and of course, hair skills!

Never have left there not completely delighted with the way my hair looks! You're a keeper!

Paula Marie did a GREAT job on my hair!. I don't trust too many people with my long thick hair; went to her with a dull color and I came out with multi-colored long, shiny hair. I recommend her to everyone that asked who did my hair... She is great!

Go visit Oneil!. I love going to see Oneil!!!!! She does a great cut and color. She actually listens to what I want rather than just doing whatever. Where ever I go, I get compliments on my hair. Great salon! Great stylist!

Paula is the best!. I have been Paula's customer for almost three years, and I am extremely satisfied with her work. She is an amazing colorist and hair stylist. She always listens to my wishes and makes them come true-she is simply the best!

Paula is Awesome! Best Salon in Jacksonville!. In 2009 I was having serious hair trauma; Driving down San Jose I saw the sign for Anthony and Sandra and decided to call for a hair consultation. They set me up with Paula and since then I have been in Hair Heaven. Paula got me back to the color I was trying to get from other salons for so long in two visits WITHOUT ANY damage to my hair. My hair has never been or looked as healthy and beautiful as it has since Paula started doing it. I would reccommend Paula and Anthony and Sandra to everyone! The salon is great with a wonderful staff! I am a forever client!

I just have to comment about how great Paula is!!!!. I just read the previous review that was posted on 4/8/2011 regarding Paula. My first question is are you sure you were at Anthony & Sandra and saw Paula who works there? I have been going to this salon and to Paula for a long time and my experience just gets better each time. Paula has become my friend now, that's how great she is! If I walked in a salon that was not busy, I would walk right out. If the salon is not busy, something is not right. Maybe you were just having a bad day but I cannot see the things you wrote in your review. The salon is family salon and if you continue to go there for service, you get to know everyone, like a family. I have been to many salons and this is the best. Paula is the best! I get my hair colored and cut very often so I have the experience to say this.

Expensive and Just Another Client. Recently I had an experience at this salon that was less than exceptional. I had just moved into the Jacksonville area and was looking to find a person who could cut/color my hair. I was referred to this salon by someone who previously had a good experience. When I arrived, the lady at the front desk did not greet me for over five minutes. She was on the phone, seemingly disinterested in my arrival. I sat there waiting for her to say something to me. The salon was very busy, and impersonal. Once the desk clerk got around to greeting me she apologized and asked someone to notify the colorist I had arrived. The greeting by my colorist , Paula was friendly, however her work left much to be desired. Although my cut was acceptable, the color was not left on long enough to lift my roots. I left looking pretty much the same as I went in, with $180.00 less in my bank account. The salon was chaos, with people's dogs, children etc..hardly a relaxing environment. I heard other colorists swearing next to me and complaining about closing up..I would never go there again, nor would I recommend anyone else go there.
