Gotta love being Elite. This place is the epitome of professionalism. The reviews for this business are all authentic from highly satisfied clients that want to share their wonderful experience with others. I am actually the new manager, and ever since I have been here, I have experienced the loveliness of this positive environment, friendly co-workers, and a wonderful employer in the owner. Speaking as a person from the inside of this establishment, I would say more than 99% of our clients are more than highly satisfied with us. Our prices are amongst the lowest of the spas in the Jacksonville area, if not the lowest, and the owner has been in business for over a decade and is keeping above water through this time of economic depression. If that doesn't spell out successful, professional, and fairly priced, then I don't know what does.

Still Elegant and Charming. I had my hair glossed and trimmed there and really enjoyed talking to the staff. They were very down to earth and just pleasing to be around. I use to work here years ago and it's nice to see the growth and the changes. I hear they are expanding and there will be specials running so..I' m keeping an eye out, for those. I love the way she has decorated the rooms and has even redone some of them since I left. I can hardly wait to see the new rooms...you really must go to their website and look at the photos of the spa!

Body Polishing-for smooth skin

My favorite a Deep Tissue massage...auuuuu

and then to sit in the big comphy jacuzzi and get the pedicure...I think I fell asleep!!

Don't come here. This place has Josette who gives you a wonderful massage. However the front desk person and "new management" suck. I signed up for the consistency club massage program (monthly massages slightly discounted) and gave them my credit card info. After my massage, they informed me that i had to refill out all the paperwork b/c they lost the original which has ALL my info on it. I said NO, then she said rudely you have to PAY full price for the massage if you don't re-sign up and fill out papers AGAIN. I said fine i will pay full price and i said i would NEVER come back and to cancel my future appointments. I don't appreciate a BUSINESS losing my personal information from their cheap accordion file system! I have never seen such half A$$ filing in my life. To top it off, the "new" manager calls and was very sympathetic and apologetic stating she would get to the bottom of "this"and find my info. NEVER has this person called me back, that was almost 4 weeks ago. I hope this place shuts down so the talented staff can work somewhere with better management and FILING systems. WASTE of location to have such crap front office staff and management. The manager and the office staff person kept saying it was someone else’s fault from before instead of being accountable for their own failures. THIS IS A FIRST WHERE A BUSINESS LOSES MY PERSONAL INFO. Let's hope my identity hasn't been stolen due to their negligence, i'm considering legal action. DO NOT GO THERE, if you do take that chance PAY CASH OR ELSE BE SORRY. This was on the Thursday before my wedding. NOT A FAN of being stressed out before my wedding.

Elite Salon & Day Spa awesome. I came here fairly recent for the first time. I was greeted when I came in and the girl was very friendly. I told her I had an appointment to get my hair done and I told her my name. My appointment was with Rachel and let me just say, so sweet! She was so nice and listened to what I wanted and she gave me her thoughts in such a professional way. The final result was awesome! I feel like a new woman. The atmosphere was very relaxing and I felt like a queen going in there. Everyone was very nice. The other young lady in there was funny too. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends, and already have. Definitely ask for Rachel

Hmm....Jasmine. I am from Brasil and I really liked this place is was so quiet and the smell of the rooms were wonderful. What i liked ws they were so ateentative and the the place was not too big and bust,,so it was more peaceful this way. I liked the Mud she put on me..she siad it wa to detoxify..I don't really know and don't care It felt great and was so smooth and soothing. I will certainly come back and tell my other sisters about this. I enjoyed taling to the girl that helped me. She was really funny and had a good attitude. i want to see more places like this in this area ..I have been to a few I really don't have much in this area to entertain me, since I cant work in the United States of America. I saw some pictures the owner had of Brasil. Some one. the little girl at the front desk said the owner had gone there a few times to do missionary work with her church. Now, I reallyt like this place!! I would definitelt want to support her. There are so many hard working people there an it is such a difficult life. Things there are more difficult than here. So please, I ask, do go there and see what I am talking about.

Loved the Facial. I really love this place for the facials ..I can't decide if it's the music, the room

or the actual facial I like best...hmmm. what can i tell you.....the room had this

wonderful smell of eucalyptus...I think and maybe a hint of Jasmine...and the room

was very large with my own privat bathroom. It had robes and slippers and a bag to

put my belongings in. The music was peaceful and relaxing. The facial had great end

results ,my face had never felt to soft. And!!! she didn't talk much...so I could relax,

she just explained what she was going to do while she cleaned my face and them I relaxed

to the music for the rest.

great place for a massage. I really did enjoy this quaint spa and salon. I drove by and saw the special they had for a $29 massage and it was great . It was for a 12 month membership but I was sketical at first but the massage there was awesome. I liked that I could try the massage before I had to sign up. Other place don't let you do that. I 've had many massages and both of their techs, here were great. I 've tried Josette and Kathy and they are both comparably great. Very professional and knowledgable and they asked me questions and this showed their concerns. This is also close to my home since I live and work , both, in Avondale. The place is also very clean and organized. The greeter was nice , she was busy when I came in but she still looked and me and smiled and let me know she knew I was there. They also have a contest right now, if you put a review on a search engine (they have you fill a card out for this) you can win a day at the spa. Hope I win!!!! all joking aside , it was overall very pleasant and I will definitely refer others and return myself.

Best hair cut ever!!!. I hadthe best haircut I've ever gotten ...she did something called hidden layers and it realyy gave my hair great movement and it styles out so much more easily. I alos like the atmosphere, every one was so pleasant and decor looks like it was done by an enterior designer. I use to go in this locaton when it was owned by someone else and it is so much more cheery in here now. They really fixed the place up nicely. Definitly coming back for another massage, as well. This gal knows what shes doing , she got all the "kinks" out of my shoulders.
