My boyfriend and I decided to call Roto-Rooter when our shower drain clogged. Paul arrived that morning and took care of it in a timely and professional manner. He also helped to fix our malfunctioning toilets that were always running (and wasting water), and also inspected the sinks. I'm so glad that we now have the very effective Pipe Shield treatment to use on a monthly basis--not only does it work, but it is also environmentally safe. Paul was very polite, extremely knowledgeable & helpful, and will definitely be called again for any plumbing problems that may arise in our home. Thank you, Roto Rooter and thank you Paul!!! : )

My water heater begin to show signs of leakage so to make sure we didn't have any middle of the night episodes I started calling. First I was shocked by the prices they charge for installation but after checking a few places I got over it. My wife took a little longer to settle down. But it boiled down to two companies and Roto-Rooter was eager to talk about the service. They were not the lowest price, but I liked the guy they sent to give me the estimate. Speaking of lowest price, that usually doesn't work. When ever I drive across the JTB bridge at the intercoastal and go over those whoop-t-dos it reminds me about taking the lowest bid. Anyways, the young man gave me a price and promised to keep to his quote. He did and completed the job quickly and neatly. I would have no problem calling Roto-Rooter again for plumbing service . Thanks to Mike he really sells your company with just his service and efficiency.

Leaking faucet in kitchen, got to call Roto Rooter the only Plumming Company I call. Jason is a very nice young man, came out told me how much it would cost, got to work, another plummer guy came out to help. They tag teamed my problem and got it done. Now no more faucet leaks, plus I got new shut off values. All is well with my kitchen sink.

Thank you Roto Rooter for your help. Will be calling you again if I have any Plumming problems. Every City should have Plummers like we do in Jacksonville, Florida. For their the Best trained, nice, friendly, get in and get the work done, just can't beat them. Thanks Roto Rooter for sending out Jason.

good service. My specialist was on time. He fixed the leak under my sink and I no longer have to worry about my cabinets. Price was reasonable, but the mailer coupons were of no value unless your repair is at least 400-$500 dollars. Seems an automatic discount negates those mailers.

Roto-Rooters Plumbers 02/26/2012. My water heater stopped producing hot water the night before and I had to take a cold shower so the following day I decided to call a plumber. I called Roto-Rooter here in Jacksonville and Donnie Dela Cruz was at my door within an hour. He did a tremendous job and checked and re-checked every thing like 3 times! At the last minute I added a replacement of my garbage disposal and he added it in without blinking an eye. It was quality work with friendly service and an affordable price. I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter here in Jacksonville to anyone with plumbing needs!

Rroto- Rooter. When the drains in my house started backing up into my tub. I thought oh boy here goes a ton of time and money. However that is not what happened, Donnie my plumber was on time for the appointment, was knowledgeable, had a great sense of humor,through,and fast. On top of all of that it did not cost a fortune. I am a happy camper.

Prompt, quality service. I was pleasantly surprised at how soon John Snider got to my house. He checked the problem, and suggested a solution that saved me money.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 1/12/2012. Scott did a great job of taking care of my plumbing needs in a very confining space. He was professional, competent and thorough. I will have him back to do a drain clearing job in the near future. Thanks Roto-Rooter!

ps: Get Scott a new truck, he deserves it!

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 1-3-2012. Had a kitchen clog over the holiday weekend. I did everything I knew to clear it, to no avail. Called RR of Jacksonville, to schedule a service call after the holiday. The plumber, Scott, called back immediately, and was at the house within 10 minutes. Very honest and up front w/ problem and solution. Fixed the clog in minutes and ID'd a couple of other issues for me to think about for the future. Price is what the price is, they came when called and fixed it no hassle. Was then told they don't charge extra for nights, weekends, or holidays. Now I know.

STAY AWAY .... Ripped Off Senior Citizen!!!!!!. They came out to remove a clog on the washer/sink line. The charged a FLAT RATE of $225. While there, Mom asked them to check the bathroom sinks. They fixed it and charged her another $225!

That's $450 for an hours worth of work.

She wrote them a check, but didnt feel good about it. When I looked into and spoke to them ... Well thats 2 jobs and thats the price ....

I called around and asked for estimates from several other plumbers ... the hour long job should have cost about $175.

Mom feels cheated and taken advantage of by them. I emailed the local company owner after talking with the supervisor and we have not heard from him
