Poor Service. In ALL honesty, I was incredibly disappointed with Landmark Title and David Heekin. Landmark Title rushed me through my closing and failed to gather ALL pertinent information relative to my file. They contacted me two weeks after closing wanting to collect money that was never disclosed on the HUD or ANY of the closing documents, let alone never disclosed to myself. Thereafter, I was contacted by David Heekin on a few accounts with nothing but demands and threats. He is very unprofessional and I believe he may suffer from "Napoleon Complex". I am a very informed shopper and very calculated buyer. Take my advice and do not use David Heekin or Landmark Title.
