I have to let you know that I was at your dealership 2 separate times on Saturday to have the oil changed on each of our vehicles. I was really pleased with my overall experience. I was greeted promptly and in a friendly manner. I had different service writers each time and both were efficient and were sincere in their mannerisms. I hung out in the quiet area with the computers and this time I was able to get on to many more websites so my time at your dealership was enjoyable. I also had a question about the video player in my car and a young man named Daniel took the time to try to help. I think that it will require a follow-up visit but he did take the time to see if it was possibly just an error that I was making. When I returned to the vehicles each time there was no dirt or oil or smudgy hand prints anywhere.…

I want to compliment your service dept., especially service advisor Christy.Even though it took longer to repair the trans on my Jeep Grand Chereokee,your staff was terrific at keeping me advised. I cannot say the same for the Customer Assistance Group in Utah. They were unresponsive to the many phone calls I made regarding a rental car and then proceeded to tell me they would not cover the full cost of the rental. I have written a formal complaint to your CEO in Auburn Hills and advised him of the total lack of service from his "customer assistance group". But you are to be congratulated on having such good professionals in your fine dealer ship.…
