Tips for Lanier Fences

Was hired to do a 3 day job which included closing in the opening to the formal living room, installing french doors, trim work, prime, and paint. Also to paint the stairwell and foyer. The three day job turned into 8 days and still not finished. It looks like amateur work with so many flaws that I am embarrassed to have it in my home. On day 8 he assured me he would do the work himself and it would be done in 6 hours. After 8 hours, his workers left for the day, Mr. Lanier never showed to do the work, and the walls looked worse than they did that morning with none of the other issued resolved. Called and fired Mr. Lanier who threatened to take me to court and file a lien on my house. Do yourself a favor and hire someone else. He's not qualified to change toilet paper!
