Best Pizza and Meatballs in Town!!. My first time ordering was take out and my mother and I ordered meatballs and spaghetti and eggplant parmigiana and boy was it amazing! Best I have ever had actually. Found out he uses 13 ingredients that just make your mouth water. The next time I tried the pizza abd the crust is sssooooo yummy! You almost just want to eat the crust alone. I now visit on a weekly basis trying tons of new items on his menu and my fav sandwich is the GYRO....its a MUST try!!! La Strada Italia is nice hidden secret in Jville! Very nice and clean restaurant too! The bathrooms were nice and clean which is one thing I always look for in a restaurant. If you haven't tried them yet, then you should!

THE best pizza in Jacksonville!. The best place for fresh pizza. Hand tossed on a thin crust. My favorite is the veggie. They also have a great meat lovers and a loaded potato pizza. Hand cut thick calamari and giant salads. The Chicken Marsala is to die for... A great deal for your money.

The sangria is a house recipe and loaded with fruit. The staff is Awesome!!

It is a great place to hang with friends for live music on Fridays and Salsa dancing on Wednesday. Fun to watch even if you don't dance. Wine tastings on Tuesdays too.

It is not in a place you would normally suspect- off of Bowden, close to St. Luke's hospital and Gate Pkwy.

They feature local artists' artwork on a regular basis.

Definitely worth it!
