Awesome Pawn Shop. I was on need of fast cash and i went to 3 different pawnshops in the area, and when i was about to lose hope i found Partners, thank god for those people, they treated me with the respect that i deserved and gave me the money that i needed it without a doubt, the other three pawnshops treated me with disrespect, im telling everyone about Partners and to stay away from the other ones. If you want to be treated like a person and get what you need, go to them!!!!!!!!

Great Company!. What a wonderful experience! My wife and I were wanting to buy our son a Wii for Christmas, but could not find one we could afford. Saturday 1-7-12 we noticed a new pawn shop in Orange Park. As soon as we went in we were so pleasantly greated. The Manager, Rebecca and the staff willingly hooked up a Wii for our son to try. He loved it and we were so happy to be able to get him what he wanted for a great deal!

This store is the cleanest Pawn Shop we have ever been in.

Stay Away-Jim and Rebecca Idiots. Horrible! the only work to describe-The female manager very rude to us! We think she had been drinking the way she was acting-treated us like we were.....Well we will not go back! The other guy there had same attitue! We went to the other pawn down the street and was much appreciated! Stay away from these people- this lady or what ever she is was the same manager at another pawn shop and was just as rude and disrespectful!

another customer lost. This place was the absolute worst experience ive ever had in a pawn shop. the female manager was rude to all the customers and myself. waiting on a service person to help me i observed the manager in the orange park store helping a young man wanting to pawn a home stereo and was shocked at the managers attitude toward the young man almost as if HE was bothering her because it was close to closing time. i was so shocked that i walked out without spending my thousand dollars i spent my money at value pawn instead

Lost a customer. Horrible! Pawned a wii with a game in they system and the game was removed and replaced with scratched up game that we already owned. The controllers had brand new batteries in them before we pawned it and when we set the wii back up at home, our game was gone and the controllers did not work. Whe I called to inquire, I was given a "too bad." Not even an apology for the inconvenience. That's a $45 game that my kids can't play anymore. I'm almost positive that someone at this store used the system for they're own enjoyment. I will never use Partners Pawn & Jewelry again. They've just lost a customer.
