Just another patient mill - long waits!!!!!!

First visit, I was asked to fill out a stack of financial paperwork, but was not asked a thing about my medical history. Thought this was odd, but sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes and noticed no one was being called back. Finally asked how long the doc would be, and was told at least another 20+ minutes, and that there were 2 patients in front of me.

There is a list of about 10 doctors on the door, so I kind of assumed these folks were somewhat organized. Boy, was I wrong. When I said I would reschedule, they attempted to pacifty me by sticking me into one of the extra rooms. When they affirmed my wait would be more than an hour, I decided to leave and find an organized eye doctor.

These patient mills are cramming their schedules so full that we - the patients - are having to pay with our time and patience in hopes of getting the doctor's attention for a few minutes. I do not and will not trust a doctor's office that crams so many patients onto the schedule and greets me with a financial inquiry, because this means the doctors is more interested in getting into my wallet that taking care of my medical concerns. Out of all doctors in the Mandarin area, this was by far the worst. This greed apparent is a turn off for me, and will be for you too.
