Give these Fine folks a chance.. I have been in this store several times to sell cards and, from a financial standpoint, I have always been treated very fairly by the lady (Jane) and her son. I have been disappointed to read a couple of nasty reviews concerning their customer service. I can honestly say that I have always been treated with dignity and respect by the owners. It's really quite simple -- treat these people the way that you want to be treated. Don't go in there with a chip on your shoulder or with the attitude that they are obligated to tolerate your nonsense. Also, if you have small children you need to keep them under control. The shop is packed with sports memorabilia and screaming kids, regardless of how adorable you may think they are, are a nuisance to the owners and other customers. Give these fine folks a chance and you should be well pleased with the results. They literally have tons of sports cards from different eras which should bring back pleasant memories from your childhood. God Bless 'em.

Great Place! A True Baseball Card Hobby Shop!. Good old fashion neighborhood card store. They told they have been around for over 20 years and I can see why - they treat ya right and work with you in your collecting needs. They seem to have it all when it comes to baseball & football single cards. Glad I found them!

mean old lady. the lady hung up on me and did not even try to help me there are only three card shops in jacksonville and unfortunately only one on that side of town if you want cheap cards go on e bay or across town to cassat avenue to jax sports cards and collectibles but the old lady is not friendly.=(

You could not find a better store in Jax!. We just moved here a few months ago and thought we were going to miss our old store in Texas. We do miss it, but Dick & Jane's is simply amazing. They seem to have all the new product and lots of single cards for me and my son to collect. My son, searches there online webstie and picks out the cards he wants and then we go there to pick them. It's very simple and they help keep the fun in collecting!

Great Place for Jaguars Cards. I like to get autographs and they help me out a lot with getting cards of the Jaguars and who they are playing. One of the owners, Eric is a big Jaguars fan and he helps me get hard to find cards. Thanks!

Nice Old Fashioned Card Shop! Great Customer Service!. I am a long time collector and visit stores all over the southeast while I travel for my job. Jane and her staff, Mike, Eric, Janet & Andrew are always polite and very helpful. They go out of the way to help me with my needs. If you are a beginning collector or an old timer like me, this place is worth checking out!

Best Sports Card Store in Jax. I have been living in Jax now for a little over 6 years and I have been to every Sports Card shop in Jax.They are by far the best in Jax. Their inventory is second to none. I completed over 100 sets that I had been working on since the early 1990's. Jane (store owner) and her staff are very helpful and always know where to find a card no matter how obscure it is. They are very knowledgable about the hobby and never fail to find a card for me even if it means that they have to get it from an outside source for me. I have been collecting for over 25 years now and if I was to recommend any Sports Card store in Jax, it would be this store without a doubt.

Just like the Jags - They Rock!. Amazing store with great customer service and selection. Large online database so I can shop for my cards from home and pick them up the next day. Best prices on packs and boxes in town with a great selection. This is what a card store should be ....

Son of Owner Is Arrogant- acts like he created this "GREAT" store -Mother very rude to kids. I have been in this store only when I need a single card or two. They charge too much per card and then it takes so much lomger to complete a sale because they are more interested in internet customers then the customer standing in front of them. I have stood there waiting while he de-listed the cards I was buying. In themiddle of this process, he waited on other customers rather than finish my transaction.

Additionally, I watched as his mother was EXTREMELY rude to a kid who was there looking for pokemon cards. She came close to losing my business just from the way she talked to a child that was just wanting to spend his own money.

Normally don't berate a business but would love to see this store closed and the arrogant son go to work for someone else and see how long he lasts with the attitude he possesses.

Unless you really need a few cards, and don't mind over paying, avoid ths business like the plague. Thanks for reading.

Best Store in JAX! FIVE STARS!. Awesome selection and great prices. The store is huge and very clean. The staff was very helpful and they seem to have everything. Their large online data base rocks! Allows me to shop from home and then stop by to pick up orders.
