DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I bought a 1998 ford ranger everyone was extremely helpful until i drove off the lot a week later my transmission went out and no one cared to do a single thing about it, i have since had to replace my power steering pump, 2 ball joints a tire rod replace a step side due to a ghetto bondo job that i wasn't aware of my alternator, tensioner and spent several hundred dollars trying to have a mystery leak fixed my horn randomly stopped working and i felt like trying to do something nice by putting a radio in my truck turns out pieces on the inside of my dash were glued together and unless i wanted to replace my dash i would not be able to install a radio.I got into a minor accident as well during which my ebrake did not work either. When i spoke with the owner about my concerns he cursed me out and stated "He dosent even feel like speaking with a stupid son of a bitch like me" and hung up. He stated and i quote that people like me are sick. I have all documentation to back up my claims and will file a bbb report shortly.
Never again in a million years: a first
they were helpfully, then when the transmission in my car went out while under warranty, they gave me hell about fixing it. I had to basically fight and get stern with the staff and what's up with their auto mechanic manager, they switch every month... I have also had my car for a couple of years now. I always mail in my payment, and now their telling me that the grace period only good for the first payment in the month. This place will try to milk you of any money they can. There computer system is so old its dos and so are they. I thank them for there help and the headache. I will not every send my worst enemy there
! .... signed stuck and unhappy!
Don't buy anything here. I bought a 01 BMW from Nacho, 2 days after purchased I noticed the car leaking water, took it back so they could replace the water pump at a cost of $600. When I complained about the charge I was told by the owner that's what u get for buying a foreign car. Drove off pretty pissed off, the car ran pretty good for. the next month . On my way to work it broke down again, now it needs a engine the cost which will be more than I paid for the car. So the car sits in my DW. So the cost of 7000 I got to drive for about a month. I still can not believe how badly I got ripped off. All I can say is stay away from this dealer
Not recommended! Do not buy your care here!. They sold me a car and two months later the AC and heat went out ($1400 to get fixed), horn stopped working and all belts needed to be replaced ($340). The salesman told me the car had no problems and everything worked fine. Don't trust the work of their mechanics.
DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Read the other reviews people are saying it is ALL TRUE!!!! There is a article in the jacksonville newspaper about the illegal repossessions ans the gps installed on cars. Any one on here that has a good review is is trash family!! John King is a worthless piece of life and deserves what he gets he is a coward and a liar! They DO install gps's and they do illegally reposses cars. There is a lawsuit about this going on please call the state attorney and add your name to the lawsuit if you have a car from there, I did! They took my car when I overpaid yes overpaid on my car the attorney general is working with me and 80 other people he screwed. If you rally have crap credit and need a car PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! This place is a scam they will lie to you and take your car for no reason and then make you pay it off to get it back. LISTEN TO ME AND THE OTHERS GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!
WARNING...NEVER STEP FOOT ON LOT!!!.
Do not trust any positive feed back for beach Blvd Auto. read on to learn why.
To start, this dealership is under investigation by the attorney general, here are just a few of the reasons...
-They have been found to have more then a handful of their employees make several accounts and provide false positive feedback for the dealership on many different websites INCLUDING THIS ONE.
-They have been found to illegally install GPS tracking systems into cars with out the buyers knowledge.
-They have been found to repossess cars that were current on payments
here is my personal story about them
I bought a car from them back in 09 when my credit was bad (they prey on people like this). When I bought the car they were more then nice and very helpful. Once they had my money, the story changed in a heartbeat. recently I ran into money issues and was a little behind on payment. I received a nasty voice mail from John King (owner) saying if I did not call him he was going to put a trace on my car (illegally installed GPS tracker). I went down the next day to make a big payment to get caught up. They lady in the office was very rude to begin with, after them running around she took my money and then John King told me there was an issue with my insurance. After we started talking he told me that everyone in my household had to be on my insurance as a driver and that, that was state law. I told him I knew that information was not state law but they were listed as residents. He told me I was wrong even though he knew I just got off the phone with my insurance company. I told him I refuse to change my insurance and pay more money when no one but me drove my car. After going back and fourth and I was no longer behind on the payments to a point where it could render repossession. He told me he was calling for the loan. Meaning I had to pay off my loan right then and there. When I got up leave I saw I was being blocked in and a tow truck was backing up to my car. They were trying to stop me from getting into my car to get important paperwork out of my car. When I was inside the car they actually lifted it with the truck and felt like it was starting to pull out. They are trying to charge me a repossession and towing fee to get my stuff back. when one the car was on the lot already. and two they towed it from the front to the back when they had a key to the car. I am now in the process of finding a lawyer of my own.
NEVER AGAIN. I went to Beach Blvd Automotive twice, to purchase cars for my two teenage daughters. Both were horrible experiences. The cars were of poor quality and not clean. The first time I went, the salesman coughed and hacked all over us during a test drive. I could not wait to get back to the dealership so I could get away from him. I ended up buying a super clean Honda and Toyota from Tom Bush. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO BEACH BLVD AUTO AGAIN. When you are spending your earn money, you deserve the best in quality and customer service!
Very happy customer. We purchased a 2007 VW at Beach Blvd Automative and would like to say that they treated us with the utmost respect were more than helpful, and when we needed to extend one payment, and catch up with an insurance payment it was no problem they staff worked with us.When we paid off the VW we had our title immediately given to us in good time frame. All we can say is we would BUYANOTHER AUTO FROM THEM IS YES I WOULD. I WOULD NOT EVEN THINK TWICE ABOUT IT. SERVICE WAS OUT STANDING FREINDLY THEY GAVE US THE CHANCE WHEN NO ONE ELSE WOULD! THANKS TO THE WHOLE TEAM AT BEACH BLVD AUTO YOU ARE AWESOME ROBERT and BARBARA REEVES
Vehicle Dependability - BMW 2003.
To whom this may concern:
I recently bought the above vehicle from your facility in November 2010 (not even a year) for a ripoff cost $11,000 cash. I forget my salesman's name (nice guy). My intention of this email is to let you know that I am very frustrated and dissatisfied with this vehicle. Actually the day I drove it off your lot on got on I-95 the ABS break light came on and subsequently in upcoming months the quality and reliability from this vehicle was in one word; TERRIBLE!!
In the coming months I poured a total of $3,210 into that car (i.e. total replacement of the coolant system at Tom Bush on Atlantic Blvd, water pump replacement at Tom Bush on Blanding) and host of other issues. Inventually the engine head gasket and engine itself cracked therefore not holding any coolant which is leaking all over the place. This is without a doubt the worst car I have purchased in my lifetime and I am 52 years old. I am currently looking on some type of action that will let me recoup some of the money I wasted on this vehicle. Facility should do a better job of checking their vehicles (certified).
Again, just wanted you to know my total dissatisfaction with the vehicle. Obviously, probably another dissatisfied customer and obviously won't be telling any of my friends or family to come to Beach Blvd Automotive.
Horrible and Shady Business. This people are complete RIP OFFS. Mr. King is a scam artist that preys upon lower income people. Marie is a smart mouth Trailer Trash in her BMW. They lie. Sell defective vehicles and hustle people. They do not like to report to the Credit Bureau unless some is bad. They do not report anything positive and they are poor business people. Please go anywhere else. Do not go here. I had to report them to the State of FL. They are liars and cheats. Please....Please....Go anywhere else...
