I have been receiving services at Salon 912 for the last 4 months & my experience has been awesome! I especially enjoy Ben, The Front Man/Concierge… I place a call with my beauty needs & he orchestrates my day “with a call back” instead of leaving me on hold. He is a very professional & pleasant man who listens, with a smile that is contagious!

Patrick is brilliant with hair color & how it relates to your skin & eye color… a true artist. As he creates his magic he also shares his extensive knowledge on after care products, which I appreciate as in the past I have ruined my hair by using over the counter products which have left my hair dry, dull & faded.

One of my visits I made a choice of hair color, which later I realized was too dark & my husband strongly agreed. I called Ben on Saturday to make an appointment the following week to lighten it… a few hours later I received a call from Patrick offering his services on Sunday… yes Sunday, who does hair on Sundays! He worked 4+ hours on my hair & of course it was gorgeous! I walked out of Salon 912 knowing I have found my salon family, I am special.

What a breath taking salon! I discovered this new salon when I followed my stylist Caryn from another salon in town. She is absolutely, hands down, amazing! I searched for a long time around Jacksonville for a good stylist. I love my cuts and my color that I get from her. I tend to change often and she is up to the task each time with the latest trends and looks for me. I highly recommend her. I also like the fact the salon does nails and skin care. I will have to make a day of it! Caryn even does my boyfriends hair and I love his hair. He has thick wavy hair and it kind of looked hacked into before Caryn got a hold of it. The cut she gave him has completely changed the way it sits. Much better!
