Great staff and regulars

This is the best beer and wine bar I have ever been in. They always have something going on. The Blue Anchors staff are all great and the regulars make you feel at home as well. I had my reservations about going into a neighborhood pub, but I felt right at home there, as if I had been going there for years. THIS IS NOT A CLUB!!! they show lots of sports and the place is covered with TVs even if it is crowded you can still watch the game!

• Pros: events, lots of TVs, great people, great specials, great food, great atmosphere!!!!

great casual atmosphere

If you are looking for a casual bar to watch the games and have a cold beer, the Anchor is the place!

• Pros: cold beer and tasty food, lots of tv's
• Cons: could use a liquor license
