The gym staff and the corporate office staff are extremely rude, especially when you want to cancel membership, there are a lot of forums in the internet where you can find that many members share the same sentiments. Their month-to-month plan requires you to provide a notice, but they still call it a month-to-month plan. I would highly recommend looking at other gyms as this gym is not a big chain like other gyms, so when you move you almost inevitably end up cancelling the membership. By the way dont mistake this for Ballys as thats a big chain.
Pros: A new facility
Cons: wierd smell, no parking during normal hours, extremely rude staff

Staff was rude and lack knomledge of fitness routeens.Hard sell on membership..I did not enjoy the visit. I would not recommended this gym to anyone
Pros: lot of parking spaces
Cons: Rude staff
