Kathy's massage technique is, without a doubt, the best I've ever experienced. Some massage therapists use too much pressure; some use too little pressure. Kathy listens to what I want and I get it! She's always on time, professional and courteous. I highly recommend Kathy's services. She's worth every cent!

Kathy really helped my neck pain by giving me massages and neck stretches. I also take her exercise class 2-3 mornings a week.
